What is Ghosting? and give an example:
Ghosting is when a player abuses spector / ghost mode and uses it to help their friend / a other player by informing them of the deaths position / information about the traps. Example Player 1 dies and spectates the deaths and tells Player 2 about the deaths position and what they have activated through voice / chat and Player 2 is able to have a massive unfair advantage because of this.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
I would inform them that its not allowed and give them a verbal warning to stop and if they continue i would mute or gag them and if they dont stop i would kick them if they continue to go past this they will get a warning and beyond this point i will message a higher staff member about banning them.(This may be different depending on the staff guide lines of this server regarding punishments)
I am professional as a staff member and i always remain calm in stressful situations and i always stay professional when someone has a issue with me or a fellow staff member or if its about a player. I enjoy helping players and always respond quick i like explaining stuff to players when they dont understand something.I am friendly towards players and i am very patient towards them.
I have alot of experience in being a staff member on Garry's mod in both normal staff positions and management positions and i've also worked as a GM for private servers of several games but quit due to server shutting down.
I see staff as a serious environment and both staff and players are always able to contact me to ask for advice or help regarding anything.
I will help whenever someone needs it and they are able to contact me through Steam , Forum , Discord , Ingame.

Really friendly guy but you won't even have 1 week of activity by the meeting. I think you should apply again next week as you'll most likely get it then. Best of luck!

Don't know you but like jim jam said you have higher chance to get mod next week because you most likely don't have time to get activity before meeting

You only have 1 day of activity so far and you can only get 3 by the time of the meeting , we recommend 2 full weeks of consistent activity , re-apply again next week when you will have a full week! Good luck anyway!

Seems like a good guy
communicates allot with the players on the server and staff
but just like everyone said you only have 1 day of activity and tomorrow is the meeting
in my opinion you should wait a week and then you will have more chance

just keep the activity and no punishments for next week and you will have a high chance of getting moderator
