Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to B-hop:
I would firstly explain to them how to build up speed through the use of strafing and pre-speeding, giving a visual demonstration of both and mentioning that they have to alternate between the A and D keys, whilst moving the mouse left for A and right for D, and also to avoid using the W key except for starting speed. I would then suggest that they practise until they feel more comfortable with the basics, or provide a youtube video for further clarification if necessary.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
Firstly, I would tell them that they are breaking a rule, and ask them politely to stop before they receive a punishment. If they continue, I would mute / gag them for a certain amount of time depending on the severity of the phrase(s) being repeated.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would warn them to immediately cease using the exploit or else they will be kicked from the server, and then begin spectating the player. If they continue to exploit, I would kick them, and ask for a higher rank to ban them if they rejoin and continue as before.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I've been playing on the server for nearly a year now, and I love to help new players and talk with others in general. I've had staffing experience on various servers and game modes, such as deathrun, DarkRP and StarWarsRP, although none of them were ZARP servers. I feel I would be a useful addition to the staff team since I'm very active on the server, playing for multiple hours every day, except when real-life matters are more important, such as exams. I consider myself quite friendly and easy to talk to, and don't mind explaining things again or in more detail if someone didn't quite understand the first time.
