Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match or otherwise known as RDM is killing a player/s without a valid RP reason. Player X walks up to player Y that is mining and decides to kill him for fun.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule otherwise known as NLR is when you die in a certain district you cannot go back to that District for 3 minutes. Player X starts lockpicking Player Y's car in the Industrial District, Player Y kills Player X, Player X than returns to the same district where he was killed before the 3 minute timer expires.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would first start off by asking the story of how this all happened and here both sides of the story. I will than proceed by checking the logs to verify that player y did infact kill player x. I would than ask player x if he has any valid proof of player x actually RDMing player x. If I see the RDM inside the proof I would go ahead and give player y a warning for RDM and tell him the reasoning and what he did wrong.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
For starters, I would first like to see the setting of where Player x accused player y of RDM and the story behind it, if player y had a Police job and was doing an active nuke or bank raid. If not and I see that the kills are close together within a 3 minute time frame I would go ahead and ask player x to not move while I go ahead and teleport to player y, if player y is not in a RP situation I would go ahead and bring him to where the sit was and ask why he decided to kill player x even after he got killed by player x previously, if player y's story doesn't check out I would go ahead and warn him for breaking NLR.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words):
I should be chosen for the Moderator role as I have previous experience of being a ZARP SSRP Moderator. I am able to handle F1's in a professional manner, be a role model to others and help the community in general. I mainly would go on Server 3 as I don't see many staff members handling rule-breakers, not trying to offend any staff member of course, but I would love to be moderating Server 3 and to get it more active than Server 1 so people would start coming back to play on Server 3 more often. I am an overall friendly guy and love to take jokes, but at the same time professional need be. I would be coming online daily, unless further notice to handle F1's and to make it even more enjoyable for players, Thank you!
