Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I've been a staff member on many servers and ZARP I've probably had the best experience with. My time as a moderator gave me enough experience to be able to confidently handle situations on my own without the assistance of another staff member.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
To name just one of them, there was a guy going around on alt accounts and rulebreaking after he was banned for the first time for the rulebreaking of course. Each time he came back (which was about 4 times) he would rulebreak and I knew it was the same guy because he'd join right after being on one of his other accounts and then join the gang the other account was in. Luckily there was another staff member on (shoutout to BK) that helped me out with the situation which led to having a CM ip check them and they all connected from the same address. If I had the power to spectate, cloak and ban I would of been able to deal with it in a much faster manner and having those abilities really just helps catch people in general.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Hello and welcome to the staff team of ZARP! Im just going to quickly run you through the basics.

F1

When you press the F1 key you'll see a brand new menu that replaces the report menu. In here you can check the recent warnings, logs, active NLR & the admin requests. You can search through all of it by using the search bar located at the top right corner

Use this menu to check a player's warnings. You can use this when deciding to punish a player and checking their other warnings if any. An example would be someone that has no warnings and maybe just doesn't know the rules well, in this case I personally would give them a verbal and then direct them to the rules on the forums or tell them to use the !motd command. If it was the case of someone that had previous warnings I wouldn't be as lenient and they would most likely get a warning, if they had recent punishments then the punish would be more severe. In the case of 3 or more recents it would be a ban. Whenever you need someone banned, put their STEAMID in the admin chat with the reason why and then wait patiently.

Commands


/TP - Teleports you to the location you are looking at or /tp (STEAMID) to teleport a player.
Important!: Do not use names to teleport people, it will bring people that have similar names or the same name which could end up being half the server! My recommendation is doing all teleports and freezes in the tab menu, just to be safe.

/freeze - Use this to freeze people by using /freeze STEAMID
The same thing I said earlier applies, do not use names!

/warn - Use this to warn people that are being naughty and breaking the rules!

/unwarn - Use this, as the name implies, to unwarn people if you want to made a mistake or want to unwarn them.

/kick - Use this command to kick people from the server.

/slay - Use this command to slay a person. Lets say a mutant has a gun equipped and is refusing to holster/drop it, that's one time where you would issue that command as a warning isn't needed unless its consistently happening.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
If there was a lot of detail and effort put into the application and they are apologetic I would reduce/lift the ban after thinking about it for a bit. If they later came back with another ban I obviously wouldn't be as lenient and they would probably have to wait out the ban depending on the reason and length.



Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I should be promoted because it I am quite active, not just in-game but on the forums. I enjoy helping people and Ive had a few months experience as a staff member in the past. I am also online quite late sometimes and there's occasionally no staff on which is basically why I am reapplying for admin. Even when there are staff it takes ages for someone to handle my f1, and by the time someone teleports to me I don't care anymore.

Unowning doors would also be a big help as there are quite a few people that like to be trolls and own a door then run away so that no one else can use it.

Your activity is not very good or consistent but you are ex-staff and on the forums you seem like a really friendly guy! I don't think you'll get it this week because of your activity you should apply next week! Good luck!

Verry inconsistant activity and I havn't seen you ingame (maybe once or twice). We are looking for players who have a consistant activity because they are more reliable and if you're an admin that is very important.

Most friendly dude on the server. Whenever you’re on I always see you playing (not shop owner) which is very important at the current state of the game.

I remember when I gave you iridium printer (I think) when we met for the first time on S3, it was like 8 months ago. Great times.
