Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:
I believe as a moderator i have learnt how to properly and effectively punish players for murder specific reasons. I have also learnt to talk with most of the murder staff and contribute to the server in any way i can. As there aren't many people on, i learnt to ask people what their reasoning is when they kill the murderer. I have also learnt how to deal with people ghosting and punish them accordingly.

A player has 11+ recent warnings and has been verbally warned that if they get another punishment that they will be banned.
A player has 5+ warnings within 3 days and has been verbally warned that if they get another punishment that they will be banned.
