Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server:
First of all I would ask them to stop. If they continued I would gag/mute them (depending on if they mic/chat spammed) and warn them. After a few rounds I would ungag/unmute them and if they continued to micspam after that (which rarely happens) I would gag/mute them again and in more severe cases get a higher up to deal with the situation.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
Exploiting is unacceptable. If I saw someone exploiting in anyway I would firstly slay them and explain that what they are doing is an exploit and therefore against the rules. If they do the same thing after I give this punishment I would kick them from the server. If they reconnected and exploited for the third time, I would tell an admin about the situation and he will (hopefully) ban the player.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario:
Ghosting is where a player uses a third-party software to communicate with another player(s) which gives them an advantage. An example of this is Player A dies and tells Player B who killed him and where he is on Teamspeak.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
Although I have only just started playing the server again, most of the time I am on there are no staff members online. Because of this, I have encountered many rulebreakers that weren't being punished, I would like to be moderator so I can actually do something about the situations I encounter whilst playing on the server. Also, I currently hold the Head Admin rank on Deathrun, which shows I can be trusted with the powers I will gain.
