What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is when a dead player, gives information to an alive player. This information could influence the outcome of the round.
For example: There are maps where there are platforms which can be 'armed' by pressing the corresponding button. When a spectator passes this information on to the runner, the runner can go onto the safe platform and survive.


How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
When I see someone 'mildly' disrespecting, I'll tell them to stop disrespecting through chat, and that if they'll continue they will get a mute/gag. If it's a more serious type of disrespecting, which could be considered to really hurt someones feelings, I would start by telling them to stop, and that they will get a warning and a mute/gag if they continue.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words))

Traits
I consider myself to be a decent person, who can ALWAYS try to help people when they need it. I consider myself to be friendly, and able to have a nice time with the players.
I hope the people who have seen me when I was just starting out on the server don't judge me too much of my behaviour back then, I have had times where I was just 'having fun'.


Experience
I have not been a staff member on Garry's Mod before, but I do have experience in managing people (on a Minecraft server (couple years ago, not for too long though) and just other general activities).
As for experience on the server, I now know almost everyone who regulars on the server and I have familiarized myself with them. My activity has a decent gap, that's because I had some other games to play and some hobbies to do. But if I were moderator, I would recognize the responsibility and come online regularly.
And as for deathrun, there was another server years ago, 'Forsaken Borders', which I played on for a very long time. I even got a trusted rank back then.

Inactive the last week, and i've not seen you online often myself, improve on that.

You haven't played a lot in the past 2 weeks i have barely see you on to comment on your attitude and behavior in-game. Re-apply when you are able/willing to get 2 weeks of good activity! Good luck anyways!

I think your activity is the one main thing letting you down. I think you should wait out another week to show dedication and that you want to keep playing the server.

So keep playing and avoid punishments over the next week and you will have my vote in the meeting.
