Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: First I would ask them to stop if they continue doing it then I would gag/mute them for a certain amount of time. Then I would lift off the mute/gag to see if have stopped doing it if they haven't and I continue to do it then further measures will be taken to prevent it

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: First I'd see where the exploit is and who's using it then I'll see how it's done after that I would either give disciplinary or a warning depending on how serious the exploit is then I would report the exploit to a supervisor or to someone of higher prestige.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: Ghosting is when a player is dead and is giving locations or names of other players that are alive to a friend or a person of interest through ether chat or through a different communication app such as e.g Teamspeak/discord/skype giving everyone an unfair advantage. an example of this is two people are playing the game one of them dies and can now see who the murderer is or who the detective is where they are and how to get to them then pass that information over to his other friend through discord or those examples I gave before.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I think I should be chosen because I'm always happy to help those in need. I also have experience in other servers being a member of staff as well as having strict but fair policy rules to follow. I am quite nice and friendly guy that has no problems with having a joke and a laugh I am willing to put the time in if needed because I really enjoy this server and I only want the best for it.

Although you haven't got a lot of activity your application is detailed and shows good understanding.You also don't have any recent punishments (I think).

Your activity isn't very consistent however you have quite a bit over the past 2 days which is good to see so if you get denied this week, you could have a higher chance at it next week. Your attitude in-game is pretty good from what I have seen and I believe you don't have any recent punishments which is another positive. Your application is very detailed, giving out a lot of explanation into each type of section. You and Redneck seem like a duo that will get accepted. You will both have my vote this meeting.
