Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x:
I would handle it by bringing them to an enclosed area, into a sit, I would then ask both of them for their side of the story and the full details, then I would determine player y's punishments (based on recents), it would either be a verbal or a warning.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time:
I would bring them to a sit, Gather all of the details of the problem. And try to come up with a solution that works best, I would then warn player y for Breaking the New Life Rule, and tell him not to do the act again.

Why I should be Chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I believe I should be chosen because I have around 500+ hours on zarp, I am known with respect in the community, I get along well with other mods and admins, I am would be glad to be a team player and help other staff with sits that they're confused on, and also I have read all of the rules for the zarp community. And I, and many other mods and admins believe I would make an outstanding mod, I was mod a few years back also, I was a tad annoying (an understatement) and for that I believed that I should resign, so I did... I am 2 or 3 years older now and I believe I could now be sensible enough to get the job done, (and the countless F1's)

Your activity on the account you are on doesn’t have too much activity but I don’t know how much you had before anyways. Your application is detailed, giving good examples of what each section is asking. By looks of what other people have put aswell, you seem like you are a friendly guy in game.
Overall,

I think you need to play more this week to show dedication and once you have that activity that will put you in a good position as your application is detailed and there seems to have been some effort put in. If you have no recent punishments then that is even better.

1. You have 4 recents, you clearly don't know rules, don't know why you think you can enforce them.
2. You made a false demote request on Klaprefot thinking that shooting towards someone like 5 times doesn't give them the right to kill you. Clearly doesnt know basic rules.
3. Automatically assumes when out of 40+ players are online and someone random shoots you from spawn, you think its one particular person without any proof that its him and you make a demote request on that person.
