When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:
The ban command will be appropiate to use at several occasions:

DDoS Threats:
If someone is DDoS threatening/Doxing, and he makes the threats continuesly, it will eventually end up in a ban, if he makes the threats, and it actually happens, it will result in an INMEDIATE permanent ban.

Mass Rulebreak:
If someone has broken a massive amounts of rules, and has a few recents, a week/2 week ban will be placed on the person.

Hacking:
When someone is hacking, which i have not seen very often, you may use the ban command, only WITH approval of an SA+, you should in the first place call an SA+ to anticheat though

LTAP (Leaving to avoid punishment):
When someone leaves to avoid a punishment, and rejoin whilst the punishment is still supposed to be active (such as a mute) the ban command will be used.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:
As a Moderator, i really haven't had a hard time, but i had a few mass rulebreakers once, and they didn't listen to me, and just kept on breaking rules, i had to warn and mute them several times, even tried to use the kick, eventually the AWarn system autobanned them, but if i had the ban command, the problem could've been solved quicker, and the ban would've been longer than the standard AWarn time.

Why i should be promoted
Activity
I have been extremely active in the past week, my activity shows that i am dedicated and ready for promotion, i will always be active, unless something shows up, and i have to go inactive, which i will notice the Lead Team about ofcourse
Experience
I have been a moderator in the past on the ZARP SSRP Server, and i feel that i have gained enough experience as a Moderator on Deathrun, i've asked the LT if i didn't know something, and due to my activity, i keep on gaining more experience
Maturity
I can be easy to talk to, and i am not really strict, i can be slightly immature sometimes with jokes ofcourse, but it creates a laugh and that makes people stay, i'd say my attitude has changed enough, and i'm ready for the admin position

looking at this from an unbiased perspective, no hard feelings involved.

if your attitude on deathrun is in any way similar to what it was like every other time you've had a position of power (not even just in zarp) i really can't support this. you have a "holier-than-thou" complex which you've never even attempted to overcome. you fail to take criticism in the correct manner and while you can be a really nice guy to your friends, you come off as aggressive in your handling of situations, and unapproachable outside of that.

Yes, and i appreciate your words, and the feedback, but in my view, Deathrun is alot different from SSRP, but i will try my best sorul, thank you!

A great moderator and did some excellent detective job with me and helping me catch someone ban evading, he's extremely helpful and he has great activity. Although you just got mod this week, you are still experienced when dealing with rulebreakers as you were a ssrp moderator. Really helpful when it comes to dealing with rule breakers and does his own part well for example today the stuff with me and 2 other admins.
