Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time: When you are on a ramp, make sure you always hold down the keys A or D, but never W. Try to strafe a lot, and be smooth to gain speed. Never make any sudden flicks. If you come across a bump in the ramp then try to skip it, because hitting it will lose you speed. Just practice a lot and you will get used to it.

Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming: Give them one warning by politely asking them to stop. If they refuse/keep doing it, then I would mute/gag them for 5-10 minutes, depending on how badly they were doing it

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: Ask them to stop, and report it to an admin and/or make a forum post alerting them.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I play on this server every day, making it my most regular server. I always try to help people who are struggling or are new to surf. I would be fair but firm as a moderator, and I would like to help the server with people who try to ruin the experience for others. This is a genuinely great server with a chill community, and that is the reason why I play on this one the most, and would like to help against people who try to ruin that.

Your activity is excellent for staff so keep that up. Your application could use a little more detail but you have explained everything in a correct way. I’m not sure what you are like in-game so I can’t see what type of attitude you have but keep up the good activity and you should definitely be accepted.
