[b]When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?:[/b]When you are an admin member you are given more commands which are more powerful then the previous ones you are given as a mod.One of the most useful and important one is the Ban Command.Let me tell you when it would be appropriate to use them.

DDos Threats:If someone threatens to ddos someone or the server and something happens.A permanent ban would be placed on you.

LTAP(Also known as leaving to avoid punishment):If a player leaves the server and that person knows they have broken a rule or some rules.This would result in a ban length of 3days.

Hacking:This is proven to infrequently happen but if someone is hacking and joins the server or activates their hacks while they are on the server,they will be automatically kicked.However,if the player joins back and they haven't deactivated their hacks then they will be permanently banned.

Mass Rule Break:If someome continues to do rule breaks after they have been give warns,they will be banned.The length depends on the rules break that they perfomed.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?:I have many situations where I had to have an admin in the server .One of the situation is when I was on the server alone and there were no other mods or any other ranks.I was the only staff member on the server.There were 8 players.One person was being incredibly racist and was mic spamming.I ad to give that person 2 warns and multiple gags and mutes..That person continued and continued.So I then tried to contact a staff member who wasn't a mod because mods can't ban.I couldn't get a staff member to ban him.There has recently been a lot of rule breakers.Some of these rule breakers rule break a lot.I could have more power or strength towards rule breakers as I have a more powerful command called "ban".

Why I should be promoted (We recommend around 75 words):I am a very active person.I am on the server at least for 2hours a day. You can tell I have no life.I go on holidays some times but I am still active on the forums so I can see what is happening with deathrun and the reports.If a staff member who's rank is lower then admin and needs to get someone banned.Also if someone has reported someone on the forums I would look at the information and proof and decide if it should be :accepted:

or :denied:I would also take information from both sides I would ask them for proof and look at their warns and punishments and I would decide if I should ban the person or not.One of my strengths I have is that I can handle situations in the correct manner and I can handle my temper.

Maybe try to do something on the server, staff ranks aren't just ranks with cool color. Every staff rank there need certain amount of responsibility, the higher you go the higher responsibility. To be staff you need to act mature and judging by this gyazo you don't. Just because you were joking dosen't mean everyone gets it as you can see Klap didn't get it so why should anyone else, you could tell someone to KYS as a joke but it could still reflect badly on the staff team, community or you. I could go on teamspeak and call Micky a nig*er as a joke but i would still get banned. Think before you speak.

I think you have good potential for becoming Admin again but as many have said its the fact that you need to regain trust and prove you have the good attitude you used to have. Other than that your activity is amazing and your application looks alright. Just keep showing your trustworthy and I see no reason to deny you. Good luck!
