Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
"rdm" If a random guy comes and kill's me for no specific reason why he killed me then i give him first time a verbal warning next time i give him warning and after 2 warnings i kick him and when he come back and continues then i will ban him for 1 hour.


Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
"nlr" Basicly you cant go back to the place were you died / cant remember anything that happend.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
i’m going to bring them both to a roof and going to hear both sides. I´m going to look at logs and i can see that player y killed player x, for basically i will just take and gather information and see who is the who died. I’m of course giving player y a warning and telling him to read the rules if he haven’t already.


Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
They killed each other what means that the kills are pretty close, i´m going to bring them both on a roof and hear both sides. Player y keeps saying that he didn’t NLR and did nothing wrong firstly i’m going to look at the logs and see who killed who first i can see that player y returned, already a minute after and killed player x which means that player y was giving wrong information. And i´m going to give him a warning for lying and NLR

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).
I believe I should be chosen as I understand how staff deal with f1s, I also understand that I need to remain calm in every situation and understand both sides of the story and not rush though any situations as I know it's not allowed and un-professional to do so. I believe respectful and maintain a helpful attitude and I can undertake this position of Moderator for Zarp Gaming as I know how hard it is at popular when the server is really full and active and the server needs all staff active to deal with them so the community is satisfied with the response of our staff team. I believe I'm ready to undertake this position as I know what to do if I'm stuck handling/dealing with a f1, I can just ask for a more experienced or higher staff member to help me if ever I do need help dealing with the f1's I'm stuck on.

The explaination on NLR is incorrect, read the rules please, you also seem to be really harsh on punishments,

Your activity is quite low at the moment and we recommend about 2 weeks of consistent activity. As for your application, it isn’t very detailed and both the RDM and NLR sections can definitely be improved from what they are now. Also, from what other staff say, you have recent punishments which lower your chances of getting staff.
