What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)

Ghosting is giving information (or false information) about the current round whilst you are dead.

An example:

The first guy who knew the code, but didn't type it in group chat, died, but the rest now doesn't know the code, and he proceeds by typing it in the chat, whilst he died already.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)

At first, i'll tell him to not be disrespectful, in the hope that he will stop, if he proceeds by doing it again, i'll mute/gag him if it's not that extreme, if it's more extreme i'll warn him and mute/gag him.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words))

Experience

I'm currently an SSRP Moderator, i might not be an extremely great one, as i'm still making some mistakes, and still learning the SSRP Moderator thing, but i have staffing experience, i'm currently working on my bad traits to be a better moderator overall, and with the experience i feel i can make a good Moderator if i get the right training.

Maturity

Although i can be immature at times, and pretty hot headed, when it comes to rulebreakers i'm still a mature guy, and enforce the rules as well as i can, although i have a recent mute, which was a mistake, Lewis/Nahmir said the same thing, and i said something i shouldn't have, which i feel sorry about, but i can make up for it this week

Activity

My activity at this moment is quite bad, but i also have to maintain activity on SSRP, i'll make sure i'll get around 4/6 hours this week and maintain good activity

So much for not playing the server if you don’t get your level back

You are really friendly and engage in conversations a lot whilst playing on the server which is what we expect of a good staff member.

The biggest negative, which you mentioned yourself, is the fact that you can be immature at times. To be perfectly honest this isn’t really a big deal considering you are mature when you need to be.
Just keep that activity up!

It seems like you've messed up the bbcode. It's really confusing to read. You'll only have like one week of activity before the meeting, so I would suggest you to wait another week. In my opinion you can be WAY too much immature at times and that is something you really need to work on before getting staff on here , your mute was not because you got angry and started getting out of control it's purely you wanting to tease me because right after i told everyone to stop you immidiately said exactly what i warned you not to say so that will be the biggest negative that will be brought up in the meeting(probably). However i am a nice guy and i give more than one chance to everyone so i won't hold it against you but you still should improve on it!
