You are really friendly and engage in conversations a lot whilst playing on the server which is what we expect of a good staff member.

The biggest negative, which you mentioned yourself, is the fact that you can be immature at times. To be perfectly honest this isn’t really a big deal considering you are mature when you need to be.
Just keep that activity up!
