As I already said before, make sure not to have any recent warnings. at the moment you have 9 recent warnings, which is honestly spoken way too much to even have a chance of getting accepted...
Not only that but from what I've seen from you the last days, you sometimes tend to be a bit rude towards other players.

also, I would recommend applying in about 2 weeks time because then your recent punishments will not be considered recent after that.

Until you improve on both you are not getting my vote.

You were just denied for having too many recent punishments, I think you need to wait this week and get no more punishments and then apply next week to prove you can follow the rules as you are close to being banned for too many recents. You are active though so keep that up and just be careful of your attitude as it can sometimes not be the best.
