Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
I have been admin for a while now and i wanna help contribute more by being an surf admin. I love surf an i have generally had a great time in the surf community. My time as mod has been smooth with small amounts of rulebreakers, a few few micspammers but thats the worst i have had.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I havent had any hard situations at all on surf everyone acts nice and there is minimal of rulebreakers (Witch i like )

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:
Oh hey there new mod congrats on the position
Today i will learn u the commands and how u do this as a mod.

Firstly we have the Ulx menu witch u can acces by typing !menu

U now have a few new commands here
Chat, Fun And Utility

The chat catagory has 2 new commands in it Mute and Gag witch is

Mute : Mutes a player in chat. Usefull when a player spams the chat (Remember to give a reason)
Gag : Chatmutes a player. Usefull if the player micspams or talk another language (Remember to give a reason)

In the fun section u have 1 new command

Slay : Kills a player Only use when the player is exploiting or using the guns wron way.

In the Utility tab you have one new command

Kick : When the player does not listen to you or if the player is exploiting or hacking (If the player is hacking report it to a surf Leadteam member.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

First i talk to the staff member who banned him and ask if we should unban Player x or not then by the staff member's input i decide if we unban Player X or not then post on the forums

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I feel like im experienced enogh aswell as i play everyday and do my job as good as i can (Not that much to do XD) I love the surf community and i like the gamemode. I want to help in any way possible when i can. I am also trusted with powers and i will never abuse to get a better record or anything like that. Thanks for reading
