Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: RDM is not allowed and is in 2 sections Mass RDM or just RDM and could lead from 20 hour ban or even a perm ban

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: someone goes to the location where they died before a certain time limit

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would tp them both to a private location to see both sides of the story then see if it was a accident or purpously, if it was a accident i would give them two chances then if he/she carried on i would give a 48 hour ban and if they come back the next 2 days i would give a 80 hour ban

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
first i would see if he/she were breaking it purpously and give 2 chances and if those chances were lost i would kick,if he/she came back and continued to break NLR i would ban for 5-20 hours depending if they cooperated or if are very hard to handle.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): ... why i would like to be chosen is cause i listen to 21 savage...ok seriously i would like to be chosen is cause im very fair and i have been tought how to admin / moderate from a admin by the name of Bryan aka[ lone wolf ] and Im happy to make everyone else happy while i moderate the server and i love darkrp and i really want your servers to be a fun and happy place. Im experienced at gmod and i really want a happy server.

You seem to be pretty harsh with punishments not saying i'm not.

I have also not seen you on the server myself, but you also have no gametrackers added, for now

I will give you some feedback:You didn't really explain RDM here. Moderators cannot ban users. Even then, a ban for a single RDM or even MassRDM without recents is excessive, and should never really result in a permanent ban.
Time to return to the same district is 3 minutes.
Once again, mods cannot ban. Bans would be incredibly excessive in these situations.

I think you need time on the server to understand how things work on Zarp

Fixed your application (BBCode + Gametracker), you'll have to find a way of getting score on S1 in order for GT to pick up your time, most preferably killing someone.
