You are correct that powers are by no means a right, but technically speaking there's nothing wrong with he kick that Ashur gave that one time. Is it harsh? Yes, I'd say it is and no I would not do it myself. But every staff member is different.

The only thing we can do is guide each staff member. We'll correct them when they're wrong and we'll compliment them if they're right but it doesn't change that every staff member has their own ways of dealing with specific issues.

We can only do our best to inform them of what we believe to be the best way to treat such particular issues. We cannot force them. When accepting staff we give them powers because we believe they'll do the right thing with it. As long as it isn't a clear breach of the policies they tecnically have the right to use those powers how they see fit. And what Ashur did, although harsh, does not break any policies.

Funny girl you are, breaking the ethos is not a sign of abuse, as stated in it, i punish everyone how i feel they should according by how they act in the sit, or either their recents, unless you can show me proof of any of the bullshitstorm and show me accepted reports except from spicy spectating me, and then realising when he talks to me on ts he is wrong, again and again and again, you shouldn't comment here tbh, because you know i did what i was allowed to do according to the Ethos, goodnight

I think your problem is that you can't accept criticism. We are trying to help you become Admin, but you just can't accept our feedback without talking back. And now you are telling everyone that you were right over Spoder and Spicy. Trying to take on 2 SA's as a Mod when applying for admin, just doesn't paint a good picture of you. You should finally accept you aren't always right and focus on improving instead of talking back.

I would also like to quickly point out, Ashur, that your attitude at the very least on this thread, if not on the forums in its entirety, is despicable. You've always given me the same argument that you at least treat people nicely in-game and for your sake I strongly hope it is true.

If you seriously cannot understand why you're getting all this hate even though you're literally insulting everyone that gives you even an ounce of criticism then even I question whether or not you really deserve the admin rank.

Though you do a good job in game, and I haven't seen any attitude issues ingame, from what you've been saying / posting on the forums, I can see where people are getting their ideas that you have an attitude problem from. You need to be treating people appropriately across the community as a whole, and when people give you criticism / feedback, try to respond to it from a neutral standpoint, rather than the hostile way you seem to be approaching it currently.

We can't always stay as a Mother, blocked is ex sa and ex admin, been here for 3 years himself, he has to learn, i might be alot different, but youre gonna have to accept that from me that im different

I have been watching Ashur in-game when I have been, as I do with most staff members, especially those going for a promotion, and, as I stated, personally, in the time I have seen him, he does a good job.

That was last week. This week was less than 2 hours almost everyday. I knew about your issue last week. This is this week. You're allowed to express your opinion I'm just saying your opinion might be biased slightly.

Your game breaking aside, your activity is trash anyway lol. Looking at your activity spread out in the 30 day tab, its still bad lol. You have like days where you play a few hours or maybe even afk then go inactive for daysssss.

Also Xnator, I like how you don't weigh his actions on the forums in respect to your vote. It says a lot about you as a person if you think that people shouldn't be held accountable for their actions in this community.

Yes but in those less than 2 hours I don't feel as though you see enough of Ashur to see what all of us are talking about and complaining about. That's just how I feel. :/

He also lets me say the N word in TS and laughs about it so 10/10 guy. Great guy, great staff, will be gr8 m8.
