What is Ghosting? and give an example: (Explain in your own words what ghosting is and give an example of ghosting)
Ghosting is when you have information on how you died and you give the runners to take a different choice than you so they don't die. A Perfect example of this is on a mario map. I have no idea whats it's called, it's pretty much where you get to the end of the 1st stage and come across some tubes. One kills you and one tps you to the other side, If you die and you tell the runners which tube to go through. You are ghosting.

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)

I'd personally message him in chat (psay) asking politely for him to stop it. If it escalates I'll Give him a verbal warning aswell as warning (!warn). I'll kick him should it occur again. However if he is still disrespectful I'd report him to HA+ To ban him. Or I'd message Annie Montana On Steam.

Why I should be chosen: (Explain in your own words WHY we should chose you to become moderator, what makes you stand out? What are good traits about you? (The questions are examples and are NOT part of the template. (We recommend around 75 words))
I Personally think i should be chosen because I've already had training as a mod on ZARP before and i know how to deal with situations as a moderator. I've been almost every single staff position however this all occurred Whilst not on ZARP. The only position I've never had is HA and developer. I have a lot of ULX Knowlegde due to the fact that I've been a variety of different staff positions. I Make fair decisions and should anyone criticise please message me and I'll take it into account to further improve myself. I'm dedicated as you'll see in my big spike in activity by next week. As i'll most likely play for 3 hrs per day (Weekday) And Maybe 6 / 7 Hrs per day (Friday and weekend). I'm very analytical and process the situation and react accordingly. I like playing fair and i'm not a fan of trolls who abuse glitches & exploits. I'd ask him to stop and id warn him next time and then should he further continue i'll report to HA+ To ban him for Exploitation + glitches.

Side note: LVL. 15 /// Before you question my activity, Wait until the meeting and be aware i also have school too. // Every fortnight (when the meeting is) I'll Be at my dads so i wont be able to get as much activity but ill still try my best

Well written application and seems like a friendly guy ingame, only thing for you is to improve on is your gametime as you only have 1 day of activity, I would like to see you wait 1 week before you get is so you can prove you're dedicated to the server

I mean if you can get a lot of activity everyday till friday then there is no reason why you shouldn't get it but if you are patient you should apply when you get 2weeks of consistent activity but Good Luck
