Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario

Random Death Match is where Player "A" would go up to player "B" and kill them for no roleplay reason.
Player "A" has been playing on the server for a long time and player "B" joins he server for the first time and finds player "A" building/doing something so he decides to go up to player "A" and starts talking to him and then all of a sudden player "B" randomly shoots player "A"

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

The New Life Rule is where you die and you can not return to the place you died for a certain amount of time.
Player "A" finds player "B" Building a base so player "A" decides to raid him but then Player "A" get killed so then player "A" will not be able to return to the district he died in for a certain about of time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

I would get both players together in the same sit and ask player " y " if he broke NLR if he first admits to it I would give him warning and end the sit there but if he denys braking it I would check the logs and see how far apart the kills where and if I find out the player that is telling a lie I would warn them.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
Explain how you would handle the following situation:

I would tp to player "X" and tell him to stop metagaing and if I would see him do it again I would give him a warning

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words.)

I think I should be choosen to be staff because I know all the rules and always tell people to stop braking even when I'm not part of the staff team and always report after to a mod/admin. I also see a lot of people complaining about there f1s not being answered and I think I could be good mod by trying to go to every f1 that comes up.
