Attitude isn't based on TTT alone its based on a community as a whole.

With all due respect I don't think what Joey has said is entirely true due to the fact of him not being around recently, on the forums I act mature and rarely out-of-bounds (I do apologise for mistakes yknow). On TeamSpeak is dependant, with different groups of staff teams (of different servers) I act different but with my own staff team I'm well within my boundaries. On thus on the Server I never step out of line.

If I were to call you out for your "mingeing" that one time on TeamSpeak it would be completed invalid and unrelated to a server you're applying for, you may act different on TS compared to how you act a Staff member within the server.
