As a TTT player playing on a daily basis. I have gained vast knowledge about how TTT is meant to be played and the rules that are to be followed with it. I've spent decent enough time as a moderator and admin to know how the commands work with the addition of the super admin commands and now being a PropHunt Head Admin I know what the commands of a HA do and when it is appropriate to utilise them within the server and not abuse them.
 
Dedicated
 
I'm always on standby should the attention of a staff member be required on TTT - though we always have a handful of mods and admins (with the exception of a few lead team including myself available) on the server as well. With the addition of my daily activity evidently showing I am dedicated to the TTT server as I am able to fulfill my roles as a staff member in such incidents in assisting staff members with incidents such as suspected hackers. As well as that, I'm always on-the-go to help out users on the forums with their applications or if they have an inquiry about the game.
 
Reliable
 
Whether I am needed to train staff members or fill in spreadsheets I am more than capable of doing. I have trained a few moderators and admins who have all exceeded their roles successfully with minimal inquiries about their commands nor have they made mistakes (that I'm aware of).
 
Well Informed
 
Whether someone has an inquiry about the game whilst in the game or the forums I am always there to help and give all the best information I can.
 
Personality
 
Anyone who knows me by now will know how I am. I used to be so aggressive towards people back in the days of July / Early August, but over time I have matured excessively well and being a Super Admin for TTT and a Head Admin for PropHunt has shown how mature I have become and the trust put in me has paid off well.
 
Situations as Super Admin
 
No matter what server there is every Super Admin will face hackers and people who disregard the rules for their own entertainment. I've dealt with hackers before following the hacking policy closely. However, on most occasions, I've just had to deal with people who are just blatantly rude with appropriate punishments such as gags and warns (rare occasions I've had to ban people unless they've been on the server with excessive recent punishments and don't heed to my warning by getting yet more recent punishments even with some who return from a ban).
 
What I Wish To Achieve As Head Admin
 
I hope to maintain ZARP's TTT server as one of the top servers (on GMOD and GameTracker) so we continue receiving new users daily with the potential of hiring new ones as it's always good to see users apply for TTT to show the other servers how good we can be. I also wish to continue with my staffing duties as normal with the addition of a few extra commands that may assist me in situations that I may not be able to handle as a Super Admin.
 
Understanding The Ethos
 
I am very familiar with how the ethos works and have no issue applying the ethos to users who break the rules or giving tips to the new moderators so they can fulfill their role successfully with minimal or no issues. I have always used the ethos wisely to give out punishments to those who do not follow the rules.

On a Personal Note

I understand with my behaviour I have the decency of being "aggressive" and I'm going to have to look towards the Head Admins of TTT + Community Team for feedback and then if they feel I'm not suit for the role (at all or yet) then I will act upon it and try again in the future if a slot is open. I would say however I have shown great improvements in my attitude on TTT
