Dedication
I am very dedicated to this community, I have been in the community for 3 years but nobody really knew who i was until a year ago because i was very young and didn't know anything but when i first applied for mod I have always helped zarp in many ways. I have helped deathrun by fixing some maps that need to be added to the server. For murder I'm staffing and currently creating an easter map which will be done by the time of the update #EasterUpdate

Attitude
When I'm on the server I am very nice and generous to everyone so they enjoy being on the server and hopefully stay with the server and explore more servers. I am serious in situations when i have to be serious. I always interact with staff members so i get to know them and so they get to know me.

Experience
I have held many staff ranks and the highest I have ever gotten was Super Admin which was a great acomplishment. I have been SA on murder for 5 months and 1 month on deathrun.

1. Abusing Staff members
2. Inactive Staff Members
3. Hackers

Over these 5 months I have seen and done a lot for the server. As a super admin people often ask me to give them my opinion where they can improve and every time I helped them improve they climbed ranks. I have never mentioned this before but I held higher ranks than SA such as Owner x2, HA x3 and SA x1 (not including zarp). Zarp may be different than other servers but this shows I can hold higher ranks than SA.

Activity
I am a decently active staff member. I am not online everyday and have recently been inactive because of the server breaking, levels being reset for no reason and due to the holidays. Since I only go to school i can be very active every day and I'll be avalible to anyone that needs my help. When the server got fixed I have started to be active again. If I'm not online then I am at school, out with my mates or fixing a map/coding. This shows that i have enough time to be Head Admin. I currently have 175 hours on the server and when im online I help out players and staff. I am also very active on the forums with 200 monthly posts and teamspeak for 2-4 hours.
