Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
If a player has mass RDMed and Left to avoid punishment, then I would ban them for 12 hours.
If a player is asked to change their name and doesn't change it after 2 kicks, then i would ban them for 3 hours.
If a player has 10 recent punishments then i would verbally warn them to tell them that if they get another punishment they will be banned. If the player proceeds to break rules i would ban them for 2 days to think through their actions

I have been trying very hard to keep my activity up and be as fair as i can to all of the Zarp players out there, i believe that having 2 weeks of time to work on my ability to staff as a moderator has been very helpful as i was still understanding what to do in certain situations. I believe that having fun and enjoying the server has helped me to improve my staffing ability and do as many reports as possible.

Your ban reason isn’t valid as it is that you have to warn at ten and at eleven after warning you ban or 11+ recents warm first then ban if player x receives another warn

On 10 recent warnings you msg them saying the next rule they break will result in a ban (therefore 11 recents) and for 1 day (unless they have had previous recent bans) . Also they are given a chance to re appeal but it will probably get denied.

Really good guy, but maybe needs a bit more of time (I’m unsure about this because I’ve been inactive myself due to reasons). But still, he’s been good as staff whenever I’ve seen him online
