Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:

Random death match or RDM is randomly killing another player, that isn't a mutant, for no specified reason and without adverting something or /me 'ing something such as a mugging, or a kidnapping. Unless there is a specified reason then the killing should never have taken place. An example of someone pleading for RDM could be as follows "I was just mining some stone and this guy just randomly kills me"

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule or NLR, Is a zone/area in which you may not enter after dieing or being killed. Once you die, you have a new life, therefore going back to the same place where you die can cause problems, The reason for this can be as follows;
Going back to kill a player that killed them.
Going back to arrest a player that has done something wrong to their knowledge of their previous life.
Avoiding the NLR zone/area is beneficial because that way players can have more fun playing on the server.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would ask both of them if I could bring them to a sit, once at the sit I would ask player y if they had RDMed player x, If they where saying no and that in fact they didn't kill them at all, then I know they would be lieing therefore I would warn them for RDM.
If player y says that it's because he was mugging/kidnapping player x, I would check the logs to see if anything had been advertised or /me. If nothing was said in chat, I would give a verbal warning to them and inform them to read the rules and explain advertising and/or /me.
If player x dosent have any valid proof of this RDM, and player y dosent have an un-valid excuse I would return both.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

If this situation occured, then I would need to know in what area the kills had taken place. If player y had got killed in one area, and then had come back to the same area to kill player x within the NLR zone, then this would class as NLR, in which case I would check player y's previous records in terms of warnings, if they have had a long history of rule breaking, then I would warn them. If they have no history of rule breaking and are new to the server, I would ask them to read the rules and verbally warn them.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words):
I think that I should be a moderator because I enjoy this server greatly, and to show so I am a recent donator to the sever, and would onjoy helping out the community with their issues with playing;
Out of all the servers I've played on, this is the best, seriously. This is a very kind and friendly community without the one or two misfits who are toxic (not a lot) All of the staff are very friendly and kind, and always ask you if you need anything else after a sit.
I have played the role of admin before on another server:
I have some knowledge on the role of being a staff member, I was mid-way through my training before the server was taken down for some unknown reason (unknown to me anyways)
Almost all of my hours (345 (present time) hours) Are on role playing servers, specifically DarkRp.
As much as this server is awesome, I want to add to this awesomeness;
I would love to just help people in general, whether it's with an F1 complaint, or base helping, or even how to play the game, I just want to help!
