I don't see staff members become toxic towards the community otherwise they wouldn't be staff, I don't know where you are getting the ideology behind all this or how the community team "disagrees" that staff are toxic. It all gets handled by lead team and in the end a solution to "any toxicity" that is with staff.

EDIT: I'd also like to remind you the fact you are calling out your own staff team for their actions on the forum isn't exactly suitable especially when you are going for a certain position, if there is an issue with a user on the forums a staff member (section, global or Lead Team) will deal with it. Calling out Magik is not the appropriate thing to do.

Personally, I knew you as someone with just a really shitty attitude before I knew you for your ban. Now that you just got recently unbanned, I would give it some time before we feel ok with you on the staff team, just to see what kinda of person you are now and if you have changed your ways.

I am not talking about your cm ban, I am talking about your permanent one. And don’t go saying “false ban” unless I see some proof, otherwise it’s valid and you did do your time. You may have not seen me in game, but on the forums, I do notice you. We have had one incounter on server 3 around 2 or 3 days back when two hobos where constantly killing you and when we did the sit, you did seem to keep yourself in check and act calm when harsh words where thrown at you, which I do like. I just want to see how you are in these next weeks or so.
