I don't see staff members become toxic towards the community otherwise they wouldn't be staff, I don't know where you are getting the ideology behind all this or how the community team "disagrees" that staff are toxic. It all gets handled by lead team and in the end a solution to "any toxicity" that is with staff.

EDIT: I'd also like to remind you the fact you are calling out your own staff team for their actions on the forum isn't exactly suitable especially when you are going for a certain position, if there is an issue with a user on the forums a staff member (section, global or Lead Team) will deal with it. Calling out Magik is not the appropriate thing to do.
