Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:

My time as a moderator in the past will help contribute to me becoming an admin because I always felt like I needed more powers to take care of certain situations myself, instead of having to contact alot of higher up staff during the night, because I usually play during the night, I wouldnt want to bother other staff during that time of the day.

I learnt alot during my time as a moderator in the past, and I still remember everything about Fadmin, Ulx, etc.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):

There are obstacles I've encountered like, someone breaking alot of rules, users disrespecting, and not listenting to the staffs final decision. Other than that, I have not encountered too many that I can remember today.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

When you get your rank set up within the game, you will recieve a list of commands, like :
!menu (Opens the menu for all the ULX commands) I know there's another way to open the menu, but I don't remember how
There's gag and mute, where you use gag to gag a players mic, so he can't speak untill map change or till and another staff member ungags him, and there's mute which mutes the player in the chat, so he can't write in the chat untill next map change, or till another staff member unmutes him.
And there's kick, which kicks a player, he can log on at any time after.
And there's "@" where you can speak to other staff members, here's an example "@Hey guys, I am back!"

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello (players name)
I have taken a look at your ban appeal, and seeing as this is your first ban, therefore I've decided to accept this!
If you cheat within the Zarp BHop Server the ban will return.



Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

I believe I should be accepted as a Bhop Admin, because I have proven that my attitude and behaviour has changed, I am going to get activity this week, I have held admin ranks in the community before, which concludes that Ive been trusted with admin powers before, Ive been SSRP Admin x3, Deathrun Admin x2 and Bhop Admin x1, all of those ranks were removed due to me resigning.

Throughout this week I will make reports if people break rules within the server, I will help out
new players, etc
