Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin: I myself think I've done a good job as a mod, I almost do f1's every time I see them unless i'm busy with something else.
I'm very dedicated and I play everyday. I do my job correctly and I'm always there to help, I ask other staff questions and I answer other staffs questions. When it comes to handling users rulebreaking,
I always check their rapsheet first before I give out a punishment for the rulebreak they did. I stand by the Ethos and do not abuse my powers.


Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
I've come through some hard times with users when it comes to mass rulebreaking. Mostly when there's a mass propspammer or mass rdm'er etc, It's been hard for me to get admins to ban these rulebreakers
Because almost no one answers and helps. It's hard to freeze these rulebreakers fast because I Rarely use their name, and it's been difficult to handle them because they just won't stop rulebreaking and I can't ban them for it unfortuently.



If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Hello (Name)! Congrats on Moderator on SSRP! In this facebook post I will be telling you about the basics to become a succesful staff member on SSRP.
First, I will be going through some staff that you should consider while being a staff member: Using your powers to give yourself a RP advantage is higly disallowed and should not be done at any time.

Make sure when you give warnings that it's always fair, It's your choice to decide if you are going to give out a warning to the user who broke the rule. (It's not very often you get told what you give as a warning). And remember to always have a postive attitude and don't be aggresive!

If you are gonna TP a player by their name (Highly Not recommended) be sure to always have the correct name and/or steamID. It's very easy to TP the wrong person and that could ruin that players RP.

Now, let's start with the new menus you have gotten!

The F1 Menu.

The F1 Menu! Now instead of opening a report menu by pressing F1, you now open a menu where you will handle those f1's!

First Tab you will see is the "Admin Requests" Screen: Here you will find all the users reports and the reason for them, by right clicking on the report you will get a few different commands. If you want to handle the report, Just click on handle. After that you can right click again and click on "Goto" (Always go to the user first) Or you can just go to player info and grab his steamID and do "/goto (STEAMID)". Now on to the second tab (Warnings Tab): This is the warnings tab! Here you have a list full of peoples warnings, by right clicking on them you will get a few options, you can warn the player and you can Un-warn or copy the warn. I myself don't use this very often because it's not very needed. On to the Third tab ( Logs): Here you can see all the logs about what is happening on the server! This is used during reports so you can find the Kill logs or Arrest logs etc. Let's say Player X Accuses Player Y of RDM. Player Y says he did not kill Player X, you search up Player Y in the top right corner of the F1 menu and you can find all his logs, there it says "Player Y (steamid) killed Player X (steamid) With (weapon) in (district). This is very easy to use, by right clicking on it, You can copy the full log and paste it in chat (I often do that to ask if that's the RDM'er. Tab number four (ACTIVE NLR). Here you can see all players that have active NLR, you can see their steamid's and where they have NLR and when it ends. You can also search for a player in the Active NLR section just like the logs.


The F6 Menu!

Here is the menu for warning people! Now let's get started, by pressing on "Players" here you will see a list of names of all the players on the server, So let's say you need to warn Player X. Just look for his name and look at his recents, Let's say he has a recent for RDM. What you do here is you type: /warn (STEAMID) (Reason). Always use steamid, to find their steamid, click on their name in the tab menu and copy it right under his name. You can also search for punishments if needed! Now, a more easy way to warn someone, take their steamId and scroll all the way down to the player list, then proceed to click "Search with SteamID" Enter the steamid and press Enter, now you have their rapsheet infront of you and you can look at their recent punishments.


The commands!


/tp : Using the /tp command will Teleport you to the location of your crosshair, this can be used if you are stuck or if you are trying to tp to a rdm'er to find his name or just simply get on top of a roof. You can also type /tp (name) Doing this will tp that player to your crosshair.


/freeze : By typing /freeze (steamid) you can freeze a player that's rulebreaking or doing something else that is against the rules. I recommend doing this if there is a mass RDM'er or proptrapper.


/bring : The /bring command is used when you want to bring a player to your location, by typing /bring (steamid) the player will appear at your location (Be careful using this, always have the steam NOT name).


/goto : This command is used when you want to teleport to a player, for example someone needs your help. Just type /goto (steamid) and you will appear at their location.

/backspawn : This command can be used in 2 ways, you can TP yourself back to spawn or you can TP a player by just typing /backspawn (steamid)

/back This command can ALSO be used in 2 ways, by tp'ing yourself back to your last tp location, or tp'ing back a player by using his steamid.

/slay : This is needed when you need to slay a player (I don't ever use this).

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hey Player X! I have talked to (admin name) and we have decided to accept this appeal because we can see that you are truly sorry for what you did, and that you really put effort into making this application! Thank you for appealing and this appeal has been



Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words): My time as a moderator has been wonderful, I've been doing f1's all the time and I'm always active. I always have it fair for the players in sits. I should be promoted because i'm dedicated and always friendly to all players! I've been moderator for about a 1 weeks now (I know it might be low) And I've went to a meeting of course! I have also had some difficult times with mass rdm'ers considiring I can't use physgun! I think I should get admin because I would be able to stop those rulebreakers even more! I don't abuse my powers and I NEVER rulebreak, I don't let my friends rulebreak against other users because that could ruin that players RP. I am on everyday and I'm always helping out players if they are new or just have a common issue, I do atleast over 15 f1´s every day i'm on unless I'm busy with something in real life. I think I would be able to use noclip and cloak wisely so I could catch rulebreakers and while noclipping around cloaked and I would be able to get them very quick!
