What is Ghosting? and give an example:
When 2 or more players are using 3rd party programs to gain an advantage over everyone else for example Player X and Player Y are friends and speaking over teamspeak Player Y dies to a trap and warns Player X that the trap has been activated and he shouldn't worry about it
How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
Talk to them make sure they understand how they are being disrespectful and ask them to stop , if they don't stop or if i feel like the way they disrespected someone was way too harsh for example the N word then i would gag/mute them and keep it for however long i believe is neccesery at the time (depending on the severity, if they are known rule breakers or not , etc.)
Why I should be chosen:
I know my activity isn't the best but starting tomorrow Tuesday i aim to get at least half an hour per day , I'm also staff on other ZARP servers (TTT and MU SA , PH Admin) I understand the rules very well and handle situations fast and efficiently. I saw that a lot of my friends and fellow staff members were applying for deathrun as well and at first i thought it was dumb and found the game boring but playing a bit more i started enjoying it a lot and i hope i can be a great staff member here too.
Additional notes : I won't get any activity this weekend because i need my time on TTT but from Monday i should get at least 30-40 min a day.
