Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin:
When I came back I got my activity up again and wanted to apply for staff. I had a dilemma if I should apply for Admin or Mod. I decided to apply for Moderator and let that one week make me ready again for Admin duties. Now I feel like I'm ready to take on the Admin role again, and be able to help out even more.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user):
As a Moderator it is hard to deal with ignorant users who don't care about the server rules and just want to mess around as your powers are very limited. As an admin you can jail them to calm down and stop rulebreaking

Another situation where it was very hard to deal with users was a couple days ago when the server was very laggy and multiple users were mass rulebreaking at spawn. It was nearly imposable to find out there names as they were constantly changing it and runing away. I took me way longer to deal with them and also most of them got away.

Another obsticle I had to work around was that I don't have the powers to easily catch rulebreakers as I cannot cloak myself or spectate users and when I was alone on the server it was a chalange to catch them breaking rules.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Your New Powers

F1 Panel:
As you see your F1 menu is now different. This is the Zarp Admin Panel. Here you can check the logs and handle F1s created by users. If you right click on the F1 you get more option such as Handle and Discard as Spam. If you Handle an F1 you will get different options if you right click again. You can goto the person and coppy thing such us reason and SteamID. Make sure when you're handling F1s you do it in time priority, starting with the oldest.

F6 Panel:
Here you can check the punishments of a user. This is also available through the tab menu. You can use steamID at the search option when you scroll down in the names.

Warn:With this command you can warn users for breaking server rules. Make sure you always use steam id to avoid accidental warnings given out to the wrong person.

Unwarn:With this command you can remove the most recent warning of a user. This is used if you want to delete your warning you have given out. If the user makes an F1 that they want there warning removed make sure to talk to the staff memeber who warned them. The staff member who warned them has the final world on the warning and if he wants it to stay the user needs to make an Unwarn Appeal on the forums which will be handled by an admin.

Freeze:You can also use the Tab Menu. I advise you to use steamid to avoid freezing the wrong person. This is used to stop people running away from sits. Or for people who can't behave.

Slay:You can also use the tab menu. This is used for slaying people who rule break. It can be used to remove a weapon from an rdmer as a punishment. Always use steamid to avoid slaying the wrong guy.

Teleport:This command will tp the person or you where ever you are looking at
It works in the same way in Tab or in chat
I recomend to make a bind in console for this so you can tp yourself anywhere fast
type this in console to bind it bind "[key]" "say /tp"

Goto:It tps you to the person you can also select this in F1 menu when handling F1s or the tab menu.

Bring:It is nearly the same as tp but its just tps the target to you

Back:It tps the player to his last location

BackSpawn:It tps the player to spawn

Mute chat:
Press Mute Chat in Tab menu, select time and type in the reason
this mutes the user so he/she can't type a mesage

Mute Globally:
Press Mute Globally in Tab Menu, select time and type in the reason

Admin Chat:
Mod on Duty:
This is a non RP job used to do sits so others know you're not RPing

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that another admin banned them permanently for prop-spam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I have spoken with the staff member who banned you we read through your appeal and came to a conclusion that you put a lot of effort into your appeal and this is your first ban. We decided to shorten you ban to 1 week, in this week you will have time to read the rules and think about your actions.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words):
I should be chosen because I'm a very dedicated and helpful person. I put my best effort into helping people on zarp and trying to make zarp a better place for everyone. I have completed more then 230 F1s this week and cought many rulebreakers. I'm am verry skilled at doing F1s and dealing with rulebreakers as I was staff for ~7 month before. Alot of the time admins are busy and if I would be and admin myself I could deal with those situations faster. I'm also quit active on the forums and I would be able to handle alot of appeals.
