Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin: I feel that my time has helped me understand the whole admin system. What you can do, what you can't and what else you will be able to do should you go further as an admin.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command: If they had a lot of recent punishments (IE: Racism) and they continued. Then I would feel obliged to act on that and ban them.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?: Log into game server. First start with the ULX control panel. Open your console and type Bind "key of your choice" Xgui. Once in the command box you can access of the commands you need as a moderator. You will get used to using this panel or you can manually enter the command in chat. IE: If you want to gag someone for mic spamming you can click the chat menu click gag and select the name of that person and give the reason for the gag. Or type !gag name micspam. The one command I find myself using most is !fspec. You can use this for putting people into spectator mode. I use this mainly for AFK'rs. On a few of the maps there are limited spawn points when server is full, and people who are afk can stop others who are not from playing. You will soon get used to using all of these commands. Don't worry about making mistakes as we all do it. Just try not to make too many.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? I would contact a higher admin to discuss what would be the best course of action as I do not believe this is situation that can be resolved without discussion.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words): I put a lot of time and effort in ensuring the server is clear of cheaters and people who are just trying to play a cheat free game. I have learned a lot in the past month and feel I have earned a higher rank. Also I was told to and I can't think of anything else to say, so i'd like to finish with a song.
