How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
Although my time as admin has been short I have an excellent understanding of the Server After nearly a year with this server and 4 months staffing I that i am in a position to oversee the staff team. This time has also put me through many abstract situations that wouldn't be coved in training showing that i have experience wit this server. I also have a great understanding of ULX and the rapsheet and all the staffing utilities of the server that would allow me to train staff well.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
I am very active, i try to get as much activity as I can. I also have a great understanding of the rules and can work well with others and i am friends with a majority of the staff team. As i stated earlier i have handled many different situations allowing me to have a broad range of knowledge for abstract situations allowing me to know what to do and when to do it giving me the upper edge against the rulebreakers.
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
During my time as admin there was a lot of tension in the staff team between many staff members over some rules such as "when i was joking with one of my friends and he "Disrespected" me an to it i replied "xD" a few moments later another staff member repied "Don't Disrespect" i then messaged them through admin chat saying "Although its disrespect in the rules it says its allowed as a joke as long as both parties found it a a joke" to this the staff member kept on being really stubborn to me saying "Its still disrespect though" if i had Lead Team status i would be able to overrule the punishment dealt
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would handle a report abuse by firstly speaking to the accused staff member over steam and compare the proof to the staff member's story after mentioning that i would be handling it and see if the story lines up if they admit to what they did wrong i would accepet the report by saying:
Dear User After speaking to Micky about this incident he has admitted to what he has done wrong and i have spoke to him about it and he wont do it again this has been #ACCEPTED he will be brought up in the lead team meeting Have a good day.
But if after considering both parties and i have come to a conclusion that it should be denied I would reply with:
Dear User After speaking to Micky about this incident we have come to the conclusion that their is either invalid proof or that it dosen't warrant a demote if you are unhappy with this out come please contact me on steam through my signiature. This has been #DENIED
After handling the report i would then ask either the appeals staff or a global mod to lock it.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
Firstly i would ask the staff member why they were banned for that length of time. based upon their reply i would see if that warrented a ban of that length and if i didn't warrant a ban of that length i would lower it and speak to the staff member in question and link him/her to the staff ethos and bring him/her up in the LT meeting
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
If i saw a staff member struggling with a situation i would speak to them through admin chat and get all the info on the situation at witch point i would guide them through the situation and help them through any steps and at the end i would ask them if they had any questions
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
Firstly i would confront both of the staff through steam and get both sides of the story and if any of them have proof ill ask them to give it to me. i would handle it much like a report abuse by talking to the staff member in question and comming out with an outcome. if they did break the rule i would bring them up in the lead team meeting
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
If i saw an argument between staff i would firstly ask them to talk in admin chat if they were arguing in global chat. i would then find the root of the argument and handle that, if the staff member was intentionally causing drama i would speak to them and bring them up in the LT meeting, but if it was over a simple misundestanding i would use my authority to make them stop but if they persist i would bring them up in the LT meeting
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would contact the staff member in question through admin chat and ask them if they were knowingly breaking rules if so i would link them to the rules or bring them onto teamspeak for a re-training but if they were doing it intentionally i would tell them that the have to stop but if they persist i woul contact a HA+ to emergency demote them for further inspection during the LT meeting
