Someone new joins the server, explain how you would show them how to Surf for the first time:
To start of I would teach him the basics of the gamemode. Such as how it works, how our servers is different from others, etc.
I would continue on with talking about when to use each keys and when it is appropriate to change key they are using.
And link him to a useful youtube video

I would then spectate his to see if he is getting the hang of it or is still struggling.
If he is still struggling I would ask his spectate me and watch the buttons I press (middle of the screen around the cross hair)

When he begins to get the hang of it, I would start to explain breifly about the more complex parts such as strafing.


Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would give the spammer, 1-2 verbal warnings via text or mic chat to stop what he was doing. If the issue continued I would chat/mic mute the user for 5 minutes. If he continued to spam after the 5 minutes I would mute him for another 10 minutes with a warning also. If this continued I would kick the user. If he rejoined and continued I would contact a higher rank e.g. Admin, SA etc. to ban the user.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would explain to the exploiter what he was doing and how its an exploit and give him a verbal warning. If he continued the exploit I would kick the player. If he rejoined and continued to exploit I would contact a higher ranked staff member to ban the player for exploiting.

Although I just started to play, I have managed to gain 1-2 hours of activity daily. This would help crack down on rule breakers.

I have been an ex-admin on both deathrun and bhop and I am a current bhop moderator. This shows that I am trusted with the powers I have been granted.

I am easy to approach in game if help is needed I will go out of my way to help.

If the server is busy and needs staff online I will come on to make sure users experience is ruined.
