How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
In my time as administrator i have dealt with many rulebreakers and I feel i have gained alot of knowledge in how to deal with situations correctly. I have been active on the server for around 3 months and staff for almost 2 months and in this time i have familiarised myself with both the staff team and the player base. I have also helped out a bit in training new staff members so i have a good idea on what i would need to do if i were to train one.

What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
I think I would make a good candidate for the LT as i am very active on the server and I am quite a friendly and helpful guy and I have a good attitude so I can help staff members that are in need of help or are unsure of a situation. I have been playing on this server for around 3 months so i have a good knowledge of the community that plays here. I am quite active on the forums and I am always willing to handle Appeals and Reports that may come up.

Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
I haven't actually yet encoutered any situations in which I have needed the help of a LT so I guess I'll just give an example:
One situation could be if a fellow admin decides they have had enough of staffing on deathrun or just deathrun in general so they start to have some fun abusing their powers like if they started kicking and banning the whole server. As an admin I can't do much in this situation but quickly try to get a LT member on and ask the staff member why they are doing this and try to get them to stop, but if I was LT iand they won't stop I would have to Emergency demote them, unban the people who were affected and apologise to them and then bring the fellow staff member up in the
next LT meeting.

Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would firstly comment on the report saying I would be handling it and then i would review it and look at the evidence (At this point if there is no sufficient evidence provided and the staff member tells me that the report is invalid as the events didn't occur then i would have to deny it - see denied report example) . If it all looks good I would contact the user who made the report on Steam/TS and ask about the situation. After listening to the user's side of the story I would contact the Staff Member in question over Steam/TS and listen to what they have to say. If the Staff member admits to what they have done then i would respond like this:

Hello (user), Thanks for making your report! After speaking to you and the staff member in question aswell as looking at the evidence provided I have come to the conclusion that this report will be
:accepted:

I have talked to the staff member and they realise their mistake and I will also bring them up in the next lead team meeting.
This can be locked

However if i come to the conclusion it should be denied i would reply like this:
Hello (user), Thanks for making your report! After speaking with you and the staff member in question aswell as looking at the evidence I have come to the conclusion that this report will be
:denied:

There is not enough evidence hear to prove that these events did infact occur therefore I can't accept this
This can be locked

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would firstly look at the punishment the Staff member banned this user for and see if it is justified (for example if they banned a user for having too many recents for a week that would be too much). I would then tell the staff member that this ban length is too excessive and tel them an appropriate length so they would know for next time. After I would edit the ban length to something more suitable and contact him knowing his ban has been changed.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
For example if a staff member warns someone for let's say exploiting without giving a verbal I would contact them through admin chat and let them know what they are doing is incorrect. I would then remove the warn and apologise to the User letting them know that the staff member has been spoken too but also letting the User know that he shouldn't be exploiting.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would firstly speak to the staff member who is accusing the other staff member and hear what they have to say as long as looking at any evidence they have, If there is insufficient evidence I would tell the staff member that there is not much that can be done because we only have their word for it, but if their is sufficient evidence then I would talk to the Staff member breaking the rules and let them know what they are doing is breaking Staff Ethos and affecting everyone on the server, I would then bring them up in the LT meeting.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would firstly contact them both separately on Ts/Steam and talk to them both hoping they will both calm down and at this point and we can work to resolve the situation so they can stop arguing and let me know about the problem so we can stop the conflicts in the staff team. I would also let the other LT know about the situation that has occured.

Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would first ask them to join TS or contact me on steam where i would politely explain to them that what they are doing is unnacceptable and is affecting the Users on the servers experience. If it is something like exploiting then I would keep an eye on them to make sure they don't exploit again and also bring it up in the LT meeting but if they are abusing their powers such as randomly banning people then I would contact a head admin letting them know and see if an emergency demotion is needed, then when the staff member is dealt with I would unban all the players and apologise for the staff member's actions.
