Throughout my time as staff I believe I have gained a lot of trust as a member of the deathrun community, this is shown through a multitude of ways, first and foremost my Super Admin rank. I have been staff on the server for roughly six months now and I have become one of the most well known and trusted members of the team. Many people come to me for help, before and other member and I am trusted by the staff team to carry out my staffing duties to above and beyond the expected prestigious level of the Lead Team. I have been a consistent member of the team and have gained many friends who have great trust in me, which I have proven through my dedicated approach towards staffing and community engagement. I never aim to harm any user or carry out my duties with malicious intent and my work results in a happy and friendly server which trusts and respects my staffing abilities both when I am present and when I am not.

My personality:

I believe I am a positive person who people find funny and enjoyable to be around. I am friendly to almost any player I meet and easily make friends who I will often play with together. I aim to be helpful to any person that asks for help and even when they don't. Whenever I see a staff member struggling with a difficult situation or a situation getting out of hand I will swiftly yet politely step in to the situation to help the staff member out and ensure the situation is resolved smoothly and effectively, through my positive manner and friendliness I believe I am very good at doing this. I am also very serious and effective when it comes to handling a rule breaker myself and aim to handle them quickly and efficiently without being too harsh to them or harmful to the server.

Experienced:

As you can see, I have been trusted with the highly prestigious rank of Super Admin which requires a lot of past experience. Thought my time as staff on the server I have encountered a variety of situations and have encountered many different staff failings and have learnt from all of this, allowing me to gather a large amount of experience. My time as Super Admin has further added to this and has caused me to greatly develop my skills and knowledge and now I believe it is time to take the next step, to Head Admin. I have already began to gain experience of a Head Admin role as I have become further and further integrated into the deathrun community and now as a lead team member have gained skills above and beyond my current rank. This will allow me to easily step into the shoes of Head Admin and enable me to utilize even further my gathered.

Dedication:

I am very dedicated to deathrun as I have been staff on the server for over half a year now and through that time I have stayed loyal and dedicated to the community even through high work loads and stress levels. I always maintain my activity and even through a busy life I get over and above the required activity each week. Even if i'm not able to access my computer or play on the server I still help it out and try to find a way to stay in contact with the team, I help any player out who contacts me and I will help in anyway possible. When I am on the server I am even more dedicated and handle as many situations as possible and help out any player, old or new. Furthermore, I have attended almost every meeting since becoming staff and on the extremely rare occasionIy have not attended, I have voiced my opinions in a constructive manner and in such a way it is relevant throughout each meeting. I am always up to date on any situations and events on the server, despite my busy life. By being promoted to Head Admin I can continue to do this but in a more helpful and effective way with new staffing abilities and power.

Why me, What would I do?:

As Head Admin would continue helping contributing to the server as I normally do but I would also be able to help out the owners with more important work on the server and carry out anything required to help improve the server, such as testing out future updates, helping create new updates or just anything necessary. I have set up my own server with the deathrun gamemode which could be used to test out updates and hopefully through my new rank and the lead team working together I could help increase the pace of development on the server and help efficiently and effectively carry out accepted suggestions and contribute to the server. Furthermore, I would help out new and upcoming staff members to develop their skills and attitude, cultivating a positive, friendly and intimate community. I believe I am right for the promotion as I am one of the team’s longest serving staff members and have been Super Admin for a fair while now. I have more trust and experience than other candidates and have already proved myself to the team, I am one of the most active staff members and through my promotion I can further improve everything I have said. I am well in contact with the whole community as opposed to other staff members and I am good at communication as a result of being active on TeamSpeak, this alone will prove useful in a high ranking Lead Team position and I believe I can help get new projects implemented into the server.

He always bullies me, don't accept this guy... Jokes aside.. You've always been very dedicated and is currently doing a pretty decent job as a Super Admin.
