For some reason when i search up my name it says no players found , help?

What is Ghosting? and give an example:
When 2 or more players are using 3rd party programs to gain an advantage over everyone else for example Player X and Player Y are friends and speaking over teamspeak Player Y dies to a trap and warns Player X that the trap has been actived and he shouldn't worry about it
How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
Talk to them make sure they understand how they are being disrespectful and ask them to stop , if they don't stop or if i feel like the way they disrespected someone was way too harsh for example the N word then i would gag/mute them and keep it for however long i believe is neccesery at the time (depending on the severity, if they are known rulebreakers or not , etc.)
Why I should be chosen:
I know my activity isnt the best but starting tommorow tuesday i aim to get atleast half an hour per day , i'm also staff on other ZARP servers (TTT and MU SA , PH Admin) I understand the rules very well and handle situations fast and efficiently. I saw that a lot of my friends and fellow staff members were applying for deathrun aswell and at first i thought it was dumb and found the game boring but playing a bit more i started enjoying it a lot and i hope i can be a great staff member here too.

I personally think parts of your application could use a lot more detail such as the disrespect one maybe throw in an example or 2?

Along with that we expect 2 weeks of activity preferably before applying and well I don't think u even have a week yet so personally I feel u need to play the server a lot more before applying but that's just me

Looking at this it seems you've just gone for the rank without even getting the minimum or 2 weeks of activity. I feel you should wait 2 weeks get good and consistent activity throughout those 2 weeks then reapply.

Your gametracker doesn't exist.

Not sure why but you need to find some formality of achieving a score in order for Gametracker to recognise the fact you're playing Deathrun

Bad description for what you should do if there is a disrespectful player, pretty bad activity although he is a good guy

Seems like a nice guy ingame,but your activity is just horrible, you just started playing Deathrun and honestly, it seems as if you're just applying for the badge. I would like to see more dedication to the server before you get staff, good luck either way.
