Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command: After 11 recent punishments, and a warning from admin or staff has been given(verbal and message), the next warning then becomes a ban, time is dependant on previous amount of bans and the severity of punishments

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
An offense of such degree as using external programs to cheat should never be unbanned, no matter the quality of the appeal; cheating is a malicious attempt to disrupt and break the rules of the server, other games such as csgo have methods such as VAC ban which do not unban for appeals. The person appealing should serve the full extent of the ban. The manner in which this should be handled unless it was me that banned them or I was asked not to handle within the appeal, would be to reply denying the appeal with a polite message explaining that they shall be serving the duration of the ban.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I have been on the server for a rather long time and have witnessed and helped admins and above with various situations, I believe I handle myself way and adress problems in a calm and correct manner; I make sure to obtain enough evidence and reason before punishing someone,and if I ever am unsure of it I ask another member of staff for their oppinion on the matter before giving the punishment. Overall I feel I am one of the more mature members of staff who follows the rules and am always polite in conversations with people who I am dealing with. A lot of the time I am one of the only active staff member on and can play various hours due to being at university; I am more than happy to give advice to people and will take time to explain situations to people who are confused or do not understand reasons for punishments.

Whenever you are in-game, you always handle situations in a calm manner. From what I know, you are our longest moderator in the staff team and in my opinion the best. Overall, you definitely deserve a promotion!

I don't think i have seen you on the server yet probably because i am quite new but i can see that you seem like a good guy in general from what others are saying. You seem to know how to deal punishments out fairly and can be helpful to other admins and moderators.

You've got good dedication and i believe you would make a good TTT staff.

I think your activity needs to be improved, but you have over a week to improve it as the next meeting is on the 7th of January. If you improve it you will have my vote.

I know my opinion about staff members can't mean that much but I find Numbers to be acting like a professional and handle his duties very well he has patience to deal with rule breakers thar target him and follows the rules to the point. When he is online cases get done super fast and they are done well.

One of the most dedicated and hard working admins after coming back from a lot of real-life barriers (university in your case).

Activity could be better but is a great mod who lets me goomba stomp them
