How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
i've been admin for a while now and i was enjoying every moment of that and i've been handling every situations with a pro way including f1's and remember every f1 made by me is to support players to make more reports by wishing them a great day and make them feel safe and happy and i am trying to go as detailed as i could when i am doing f1s because players deserves a better experience in the server !
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?
Experience:
i have been a admin for a while and i think that i have enough experience to apply for Super Admin . from me been a mod to admin i have gained alot of experience from the lead team and F1's : i am all ways trying to make it even fair for both sides . some extra thing i would add if your handling f1s follow the rule staff word is final if your 100% sure.
Trusted:
as i've been a admin for a while i think i am very trusted with my rank and i have never abused my power to get any type of a advantage with in the server i am willing to the help the community and i am currently applying for SA so i can have more power to help the community even more !
Leadership:
as i have alot of experience as administrator if a staff member asking for help in the admin chat i all ways respond to him as long as i am not busy doing something important also if there is alot of f1s and no staff member is willing to help in doing them i just use the admin chat asking for help to make those f1s done if they just ignore me i would contact a higher staff member like SA / HA to talk to them because that there job and that one of the resons i am applying for SA !
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
a situation i encountered when no lead team was on is a guy made a f1 about some one having ESP and cheating i handled his f1 and teleported to him then i tped him to a roof and told him to hold on ill spectate the guy when i did i feelt like he knew i was spectating him then i told the guy that made the report to make a test we both spawned like 5 printers each under the map 6 min later the guy came with his car looking down the printers then i knew he was cheating but i still cant ban hem 10 min later clarky joined and find out he was using smeg h and got perma banned as he lied about it.

F1 Situation
i will teleport the player that made the f1 and i will have a quick talk with him about what hapend then i will ask the staff member to tp to me and ask him for what happend then i will bring up both sides storie and compaire them and if the staff member admits i will ask him to not do it again and if it was a major abuse or he have a recent official warning then i will bring it into the meeting . if the staff member have a totally different storie i will ask the player that made the report to provide me with a proof if he have enough proof the staff member can be demoted depends on the broken rule and lying !

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I will talk to the admin who banned the player then i will tp him to a roof and have a quiet talk with him about the excessive ban time and that he should be treating every one fairly depends on the rules the player broke and not just give a excessive ban time to the player who keeps chat spamming as there is a mute option you can use to block the other from talking and then i will ask him to edit the ban of the player and if he does it again it will be brought in the lead team meeting !

A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
i will teleport to him and try to understand the situation then i will help him with it after it been handled then i will bring the staff member to a roof and i will have a quiet chat with him and give him some advices on how to deal with these kinds of situations like dont let the users get over you if your 100% sure then all ways apply the rule staff word is final .

A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
first of all i will bring the staff member that accusing the other one and i will teleport him to a roof and have a quiet talk about what the other staff member did then i will spectate the other staff member and check if his still breaking the rule if his not i will ask him if i can bring him if he agrees i will tp him to me and let both staff member talk to each other about what happend and If the staff member did broke a rule i will have a talk with him in a other roof and tell to not do it again or there will be punishment such as official warnings !

A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks and argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
i will teleport the staff member that have been disrespectful towards staff members then i will try to calme him down and then i will ask hem about the storie of why is he so disrespectful towards other staff members after i heard his side of the storie i will tell him that staff member should not be disrespectful towards any one neither the staff members or the players and i will explain to hem that disrespect is a rule and that he should be more careful next time and i will give hem a verbal warning for that and then i will tell him that if he does it again he will be brought into the lead team meeting!

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
first of all i will spectate him to check if his still breaking rules then if his not i will go undercover to be like a random user after that made i will try to get close to him and see how far the staff member will go and i will keep a eye on him for a while then if i see hem breaking rules i will talk to hem as a user to stop breaking rules if he does not listen i will remove my cover and bring him to a roof and have a quiet talking about what he have done then i will decide if i will warn hem or demote him temporarly depends on the rules the staff member broke and i will bring this in the lead team meeting !
