What is Ghosting? and give an example: ghosting is using voice chat or text chat to help your team mates once you are dead or have just died, for example if you die on a multiple choice door telling your team which door you died from is ghosting

How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: if i witnessed a disrespectful player being rude or mean to a player or staff i would 1st give them a warning depending on the severity of the insult then i would speak to an admin about it or issue a community warning

Why I should be chosen: personally i think i will help the community grow as a good friendship and help new players develop their skills in the game. i have a good sense of humour but can also notice bullying or someone being mean to another player. my best traits are friendliness and being helpful to worse players instead of being mean and exploiting their lack on knowledge in the maps. i am also a very calm player and a very good decision maker. i have played ZARP servers for a little while but also know what its like to be picked on when you are a new player. i would get along with both the staff and player and result in a fun gaming experience.

I think you should play everyday then apply again next week once you have consistent activity.
