Languages I speak: Finnish, English and some Swedish (Enough to understand basic conversation with almost any Scandinavian using their first language but not enough to fluently communicate with it)

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: RDM is shooting someone without valid proof.
Example: Innocent player sees a Traitor looking suspiciously towards a Traitor trap or a traitor room and shoots the Traitor because of it

Give three examples of an acceptable KOS and its scenario:

1. Suspect kill someone else and continues without identifying the body
2. Suspect is shooting a Detective
3. You have DNA collected from a body of an innocent player

Give two examples of unacceptable KOS and their scenarios:
1. Suspect kills a Traitor and a fellow Innocent calls KOS on them
2. Suspect is in a certain area of the map with a certain weapon (example: In tower with a sniper)

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 100 words):

I'm active player and within top 140 players a month after starting playing in this server. I play during the times when there is usually only 1 if any at Admins/mods online this is due to me having 24/7 free time until march (when I have very difficult tests and stuff I am not gonna talk about Finnish education system anymore its quite impossible to speak of it accurately.) I am already very familiar to the duties of Admins and Moderators and have some experience in having very similar duties (from other games). I see myself as a fair player, but I also do acknowledge my biases towards some people which I see as an advantage since I can counter my biases while making decisions. My biases towards certain people are usually based around the behavior they have had with me during conversations etc (just to clarify)

TL;DR

- I have no life and in the course of 24 days I have become top 140 as most time wasted person in the TTT server
- I have no life and play this game all the time so naturally I also do it when no admins etc are on.
- I am experienced
- I am highly motivated
- I play during hours where there might not be other Admins/Mods
- I have all that shiny reddit karma (its supposed to be a bad joke but its 4:30 in the morning so dont blame me)

Thank you for applying, as we have a christmas break and New Years Eve on sundays, we won't be reviewing this until the 7th of January, this is more than enough time for you to get consistent activity (which we require) and to lose any recent punishments you have within the next 2 weeks.

Yea need more active people who are on basically all the time. Admins and Mods should agree with this too. Only thing i question is can you get along with people even when they hate you and shout hate but other then that you have my support good sir.

This is a valid question and i am glad you asked this. There is already plenty of rule breakers who dislike me very much and in my opinion I have handled them very professionally and instead of joining the name calling and shaming etc I have either ignored it or answered with a joke. I am fairly certain that in my 100-250 hours on server I have never (or if I have only 1 or 2 times) called anyone anything worse than a twat and I even restrain myself from using that word 99% of the time. I feel like I am up for the task

You can be nosy at times this can be both good and annoying, although i do think you care about the server and its rules and I think you would be a great staff member. You have good activity and are a nice person.

I remember when you shot me to death with no mercy a few weeks ago for using your health station. I thought: well great, what a *** .
Now I've given a quick description of our very first interaction, and I am now moving on the important part: "the Application":
Boy was I wrong about my first impressions, once again I have learned to avoid biases based on first impressions. Although we might not have communicated that much, from time to time we still do and based on the few interactions (in-game and forum) I believe you are a social and approachable man who genuinely wants to do something good for the server. Your In-game activity is astonishing without further remarks! I do believe you have the capability to act as a legit staff member, as you said yourself. As long as you keep your own biases towards particular players under control, you've got my support!

Anyway I thank you for this feedback and i'm impressed with the picture my application has left on you I found making it bit pointless (as I usually do) since I assume everyone knows me on the server. I was wrong and do now see the effect an application can have
