When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?
It will be appropriate to use the ban command on someone that is mass rule breaking. For example they are constantly disrespecting staff and other players as well as trap spamming/stealing and mic spamming, despite the warnings/punishments they are given. If a player does mass rule break, I would give them a ban of up to three days, depending on how severe the situation is. Banning will always be the last resort.

Explain any situation you had to work around in your time as a moderator. How could your promotion help this?
I am not staff on the server as I have applied straight for admin but this is a situation I encountered whilst I was mod before: Whilst I was playing, there was someone on the server that was mass disrespecting other players. I gagged and warned him for disrespect. He then started spamming in chat so I then muted him and warned him for chat spam. The map then changed and they continued to mass disrespect me and other players and spam in chat again so I gave them another warning for disrespect. As this was their third warn, they were kicked and didn't rejoin. If I was admin I would have been able to ban them for up to 3 days for mass rulebreak.

Why I should be promoted
I should be chosen as staff on Deathrun because I have been in this community for a long ass time. I have previously been Admin on DR and I have held LT positions on 2 other servers. (before being falsely demoted). I will be getting activity every day from now until the meeting with the hope that I will gain enough activity to be accepted - I just wanted to get this application out of the way. All feedback is greatly appreciated! <3

I have changed this application to admin because I feel like if I have the opportunity to help more, I should take it.

As others have said your activity is not very good as you have just started playing again but you have another week to get it up so get it up and have no punishments and you will have my vote.
