How do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:
Well, I have been an Administrator on Deathrun alot of times since 18.12.2015, when I was first accepted as an Administrator on Deathrun, so I have been through alot, and learned alot that can contribute for me to become a Super Admin on deathrun, for example, Ive learned alot over the past 2 years about how to handle different situations, ofcourse that really depends at the time of the incident. My time as an Admin has given me the opportunity to gain trust in the community, make alot of friends, and given me the chance to prove myself to the staff team. I have been in alot of situations where I see other staff members arguing about different things, and have most of the time succeded in splitting it up. I believe I am ready to step up my game, and become a Super Admin.
What makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team? ( in this part you can go as detailed as you want):
Well, first of all, I am friendly to everyone I see on the server, I am mature, helpfull, and I am not afraid to say my opinion on different matters. I can easily split up an arguement between staff and users, and will do whatever is in my power to do so as quick and efficient as possible.
I have been staff many times since 2015, and I know exactly what to do in the different situations, I am trusted within the community, and have held several staff ranks within the servers.
I often come to the meetings, unless I have a good reason not to do so, and I give my voice and opinion on the different matters. I have also helped to train new moderators, and administrators in the past, and I would love to start training them on my own, to do it more efficient, and to make sure they understand what not to do, and what to do under the different situations they will encounter. *cough* pika *cough*
Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:
I have encountered alot of heated situations between staff and fellow staff, and staff and users, where I have had to calm down the situation, in stead of it exploding and getting way out of control.
Here is a situation I remember from the time when Micky and Alex were HAs, and me and Klap were Admins.
There was this one time when Klaprefot warned someone, and the person he warned kept arguing about it being false, the chatbox was being spammed at the same time, so I had to mute the kid spamming, talk to Klaprefot and the user seperatly, before coming to a conclusion that the warn was invalid, and had to be removed, so me and Klap went to Micky a d Alex and got the warning removed, I then made Klap and the user apologise to eachother, so it wouldnt happen again.
Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:
I would review the report in order to gain as much information about the situation as possible, then I would reply to the thread "claiming it" by writing "I will handle this" I would then proceed to speak to the Staff member before speaking to the reporting user(s), I would ask the accused staff member for his side of the story, before comparing it to the reporting user(s) too see if they are both telling the same story, then I would proceed to bring it up in the upcoming Lead Team meeting. if for example the situation would end up being too much for me, I would ask for help from a fellow Lead Team member.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?
I would approuch the Staff member in a friendly, and with a kind and helpfull voice, informing him that the ban was too excessive for what rules he broke. I check the banned SteamIDs recent punishments, if I was right, and that the ban was too excessive, I would take matters into my own hands, and lower his ban to a reasonable ammount, then I would add the banned user on steam, to inform him that his ban on deathrun has been lowered, and that he is free to appeal it if he feels like it at www.zarpgaming.com and that he can find the appeal template here zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/appeals/4...ment-appeal-template
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?
I would approach the Staff member in Admin Chat, Steam Chat or on the TeamSpeak3 Server, and inform him that he has to shape up his manners, and make sure not to get too stressed and more rude, and not to act on inpulse, think straight and to do the right thing, also Id tell him that if he needs help, he can contact me and id gladly help him out.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?
I would approach them by telling them both to get on teamspeak, move them into a spacer and ask them what is going on, and ask the reporting staff member if he has any proof to back up his accusations, if needed, I would bring in a fellow Lead Team member so we could resolve the situation together, if the reporting staff member dont have any proof to back his accusations up with, then I would tell him to get proof the next time he is going to report a fellow staff member, and id tell them both to stop focusing on other staff members breaking rules, and rather on users breaking rules, and the rulebreaking staff members are up to the leadteam to take care of.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?
I would tell them in the admin chat that they need to split up the arguement, and tell everyone to calm down,
before it turns into a big drama mess within the community, which is totally unneeded. We are all respectful and good staff members, so there is no reason to end that all by a silly arguement because of some disrespect. Afterwards I would contact the disrespectful staff member, and tell him/her to shape up unless he wants to be kicked off the staff team.
Disrespectful and unneeeded arguements are not what we want on our staff team, we want a good and cooperative staff team, where everybody gets along and does their work.
Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?
I would approach him by telling him to stop whatever rules he is breaking, and if it is really harsh, and can make alot of mess afterwards, then I would contact a HA, and get his ranks stripped untill the next Lead Team meeting, where I would bring it up, so we can take action, and vote whether to give his rank back, or to demote him fully.
