Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
Random Death Match, (RDM), is when a player decides to kill someone except in the case of raiding, self-defense, accidentally running someone over by using a car, and hits for hitmen.

-If someone is shooting at you, you have the right to shoot and kill them. This would not be considered RDM
-If you decide to shoot someone in a car to highjack it, this would be considered RDM.
-If you see a someone and dislike them so you decide to kill them, this is RDM.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario:
New Life Rule, (NLR), means that when you die, you cannot go back to the previous area you died in and effect it in any way until the NLR timer is over. You also cannot go back and kill the person who killed you if someone killed you. This would be considered breaking NLR.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y of RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
It depends on the server. If there are damage logs then I would check to see who shot first. If a player has video/picture proof then I would ask for it then I would be able to determine if the player did RDM or not. If none of the above is available then I wouldn't be able to do anything about it.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y of breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in the console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.if the player still has NLR timer on then it would be apparent that he broke NLR then I would warn him unless he constantly does it in which case I'd ban him. If the timer still had a couple seconds left on it when he broke it, (1-10), then I'd probably just let it slide cause it's only a few seconds depending on the situation.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words):
I don't feel like I should be chosen 'cause of my bilingual possession but rather because I've made mistakes, got kicked and also warned. Because of this, I'm able to learn from this. I've never actually read the MOTD but because of my mistakes, I've learned the rules along the way. I got banned once since my entire time that I've played so I feel like that's pretty good. I know the basics and I can even help people who don't understand a rule. I feel like I should be chosen cause this is my favorite server. I feel like I should be chosen because of the fact that I'm on early in the morning and late at night. I also don't mind switching from a job to mod. I feel like sometimes it gets a bit boring. If I become a mod then I will follow the rules 110% of the time 24/7.
