Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin
I have gained enough staffing experience on Bhop to become an Admin. There has not been much to deal with due to how limited the gamemode is, but essentially there was some disrespect going on that I had to deal with.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user)
There wasn't realty anything hard to cope with. There was instances where I muted users for being disrespectful, but after the mutes expired they watched their mouths. If they kept on being disrespectful I would have handed out another mute and eventually contacted an admin to get them banned.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello and congratulations on becoming a Bhop moderator! I would like to see you helping us moderate the servers frequently, but remember to always maintain a proper manner while handling situations. You now have access to a few administrative commands such as the Chat Mute, Voice Mute, Kick, Slay, and Freeze. Now when you come across someone being disrespectful, racist, etc..., you would want to verbally ask them to stop. If they continue on breaking the rules you would mute them for a small period of time (5-10mins). As for the freeze, it is to be used in situations where users are heavily being disrespectful without a stop to it or users abusing/exploiting certain game features. As for the Kick, I would say you should use this if a player has a Steam name that breaks the TOU and fails to change it.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Now I would not handle appeals of my own bans as it is against the appeal handling guide, however if I were to handle it, it would look as the following:

Hello x, I have gone over your appeal and decided to remove your ban as you seem to be apologetic and I would like to give you another chance. Remember to go over the Server Rules and never do this again or you will be placed on that ban list again. Thank you for your effort in appealing!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words)
I am a well experienced staff member within the community and I believe I can contribute a lot to the Bhop staff team. Becoming an admin will really help me do my job in a more professional way and also ensure that users are being punished properly and fairly.
