(I'd like to make a note that I've been working full-time for the past week. I finish my temp job on the 24th so will have so much more time to dedicate towards the server.)

Why should I become a head admin? Good question; Let me tell you why!

Dedication
I feel that I've shown on multiple different instances that I'm dedicated to bhop whether it be training up the new staff members to offering to help fix and develop for the server; I want bhop to thrive and I feel that I would be able to do much more as a Head Admin (It would also allow for a free space for a Super Admin.)

Experience
I've had many different roles in the past as a member on multiple different zarp servers and I feel that this has helped me build my confidence and ability as a staff member. I've been a Lead Team member for a while now and have proven that I have the capability to further develop.

Social
I feel that on the zarp servers I'm a kind and social person. I enjoy speaking to almost everyone and can have conversations about almost anything. I feel that this would be useful as it would allow me to further create a connection between staff team and user, for example I know almost all regular members on the bhop server and speak often on the server.

Discipline
If you know me then you'll know that I like to have a laugh but can be serious when needed to be. This is an extremely useful skill to have as this means that you're a friendly yet useful member of the staff team and are welcomed by the community. I am fair when it comes to punishing individuals, for example I take into account if it's their first time on the server before or if they've previously broken the rules before etc. You need to be thorough before making a punishment and I feel that I'm always fair when punishing an individual.
