Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin:

As a moderator I have had to deal with a lot of ghosting and a small amount of disrespect, but for the month I have been a moderator (4 weeks) I believe I have learnt how to efficiently deal with ghosting. I have observed how higher up staff deal with giving punishments and I believe I have learnt a sufficient amount about. I have massively improved my game-time and believe it is time to go to the next level.

Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command:

If a player has 10 or more recent punishments then they will be given a ban for a few days to contemplate their actions and how to improve their behaviour to better help and support the community. Also, if a player has 20 punishments gathered altogether they will also receive a ban of up to a week depending on the severity of the punishments.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:

Hello, as this is your first ban and you are clearly sorry for what you did, I believe that you should have a chance to redeem yourself, stay away from cheating or it will be a permanent ban with NO appeal. Have fun!

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):

As a moderator I have found certain problems that are a very big obstacle as a moderator, the use of the forceteam command (most notably) will come in handy to deal with the ghosters that refuse to join their partner-in-crime's team. This would help as I wouldn't have to bother any other staff because two players are trying to cheat. I believe that after a month, I should go up to the next step on the Zarp PH Staff Team
