Steam Name Bigwhal Steam Profile Link My Steam profile Link Steam ID STEAM_0:1:114176403 Languages English And Irish (Learning Spanish) Game Tracker My Gametracker Explain how you feel that your time as a Moderator will contribute to you becoming an Admin: I know how to handle reports I have gotten 2 reports this week and I know how to handle players I have encountered a few mass rdming and racism and mic spam so I have used warn,Gag,Mute and Slay ETC. I have gotten experience as staff on this server and feel I am ready for admin. Explain a situation in which it would be appropriate to use the ban command: If someone was constantly being racist/Mass rdming even after being warned several times and gagged if they kept breaking the rules after multiple warns it would result in a ban. If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?:Hello! Congratulations on becoming Moderator on the Zarp Murder server! We are happy to have you on the staff team and believe you will do great things to help out the server  So we are going to get into the commands this will be a short training session. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? Hello there Bigwhal ,You were banned fpor your racism after being warned once and gagged twice, then you made an alt and made even more racial slurs and disrespected many. You have been banned for a while and I decided I will be reducing your perma ban to 1 more week. Thank you for appealing  Why I should be promoted Trusted I am a trusted member of the community as I haven't been warned on any of the servers within the community for over a year, I have never been banned on any server in the community. Active I am active on The server and I have really gotten 4 hours this week but it didn't pick up for some reason but I got over 4 hours this week,I am active on Teamspeak so if a player needs me then they can message me I am active on forums and always answering steam messages asap. Reports I do reports asap whenever someone makes one. I have done 2 reports this week. I try and handle reports approparietly and use my commands in the appropariate way. Extra Information: I got 4 hours+ This week but it didn't pick up on gametracker. |
