Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming on the server: First I would tell him to stop, if he/she/it doesn't stop I would mute/gag him/her/it. Then give the mute/gag 5 minutes or so, then give him a chance. If he STILL continues, I wont remove the mute/gag.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server: I would get him caught off-guard. Punish him with a ban/kick/warning depending on his amount of abusing of the exploit. Then I would inform the owner/developer/higher ranked staff member about the exploit and how it could be abused.

Explain the meaning of the term "ghosting" and give an example scenario: Ghosting means that you are telling key information about the prop's or hunter's locations aswell as giving an unfair advantage to the props/hunters. Scenario : Hunter swiss cheesed Player1. Player1 decides to go in chat and yell where the other props are. The hunters go in the locations and they win...

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words): I have alot of experience in moderating servers. I used to be an admin/mod on SKI All servers a few years ago, before it went down (servers). Also on Global Cross Sandbox, RDM Gaming Sandbox, and a few old servers of Hide&Seek I used to host. I'm always ready to answer questions related to rules, glitches or anything people are going to ask in chat, because currently when I ask some online admins something, they dont answer. I think somewhat "chat social skiis" must be needed. Also I am extremely friendly <3

Fixed your application, however your "exploit" explanation - you cannot kick/ban/warn someone for hacking as a mod/admin.

Just get a consistant activity, and no warns. Also you cannot ban as mod. Annyway! Goodluck!
